What started as a single pop pushcart on a street corner in Atlanta has developed into a tradition in Atlanta and throughout the South. We started with just pops sold out of carts but now also cater, sell into grocery stores, developed a bar concept featuring our soon to be world famous Pop-tails, have started to franchise our cart business so people can bring KoP to their neighborhood, grow fruit on our farm, run a regional food distribution business and most importantly have fun doing all of it!

Beyond all that, what moves us the most is creating UMoHs or Unexpected Moments of Happiness. We do this in countless ways and are part of the fabric of our company. Whether it’s free yoga in the park, farm field days, free pop days, treating myriad organizations that are close to our hearts or helping out fundraising for the next big thing at non-profits. Pops are the perfect way to put a smile on a face and have a moment of happiness in a sometimes overwhelming world.

Summary: 

King of Pops Bar is currently seeking smiling faces and good vibes at our Ponce City Market and Colony Square locations!

We focus on excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and we need folks who are able to match our energy! It’s Good Vibes Only at the Pop Bar! 

Job Duties: 

• Working register to sell our pop and guiding customers to their perfect poptail (cocktails on the rocks with a popsicle floated on top)!
• Bar cleaning, stocking, prepping etc. 
• Executing excellent customer service each transaction 
• Working collaboratively with team member to create a Good Vibes Only environment

Requirements:

• Positive Attitude
• Valid form of ID
• Must be 21+
• ServeSafe or TiPS Certified a plus
• Barista or bartending experience recommended
• PoS terminal experience a plus
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet for hours at a time

Additional Information:

• Part-time
• Seasonal through high volume months (March-November)
• Average $25/hr ($10 base pay + tips)
• Accrued PTO (1 hour per 28 hours worked)
• Company Gainshare Availability (Profit share)
