King of Pops Catapult Program

Catapult  is the King of Pops rotational leadership program. 

The Catapult Program at King of Pops is a yearlong experiential learning and leadership development program designed to launch talented individuals further into their careers, with knowledge and skills that will allow them to excel in a leadership role.  

While in the program, Catapulters will rotate first through Atlanta and then one emerging King of Pops city, where the will serve as acting GM. 

During their first six months in Atlanta, Catapulters serve alongside other “full-time” Operations Leaders and Sales Managers, where they share job descriptions and roles. These managers will work to train participants in each functional area while also giving the opportunity to set goals and have true influence.

The operational and sales rotations end at one year, at which point participants work with the Catapult Program Director and King of Pops leadership for placement into a full-time management role.
